🪄 Euro Truck Simulator 2 Lights Not Working

Looked for this on the internet with no luck. Headlights, rear lights, dash lights stopped working. Painted my cab with a Christmas design and was concerned I have to pay for it again if I go back to stock to test if that's the issue. My backup lights work, but nothing else. All Scania trucks come with a white backlight, hence why all the buttons including the GPS display have a white backlight. Changing the backlight to a different colour will also change the GPS display backlight, This modification makes the truck lights more realistic and brighter.
